The above party packages will have a private party room, private use of the play area, art center and a personal party host. There will not be open play during these scheduled parties. Please note: the reservation is for 2 hours only. Our staff will do their best to keep you on track with pizza & cake and present time and help your party be as stress free as possible. We do ask that 10 minutes prior to the party time ending, start wrapping up your party celebration. Presents should be brought out to the car, cake and other food items should be packed up. Our staff will do all the cleaning and will help load any of your party items onto a convenient rolling rack. We do not want to make yourself or any of your guests feel rushed when the party time has ended so your cooperation is greatly appreciated. We generally have parties all day and need the time after your party time to clean and decorate for the next party celebration..

Little Toucan Party (Weekday Party)

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book all reservations

School and Daycare Group Rates:

$4.00 per child/ minimum 15 children

A $60.00 non-refundable deposit and reservations are required.

Available times would be 2 hour slots before we open during the week and anytime Friday moring or early afternoon. The party room is not available for this group rate. Groups wishing to use the party room would need to choose one of our party packages.

Planning your party

We recommend booking your party a month to two months in advance to ensure you get the date and time that will work best for you. The great thing about having a party at The Jungle Jump you can add as many or as little extra's as you would like and the kids will still have a fabulous time. Our goal is to make the party as stress free and easy for parents as possible.

Once you have chosen your birthday party package you will want to select your colors. We have a wide range of colors to choose from. We will decorate the party room in 2 solid colors which include plates, napkins, streamers, balloons, table covers and a birthday banner of your choice. (the banner is not not kept by customer)

FAQ

Q. Can I bring in children during open play and have a small birthday celebration?

A. You are welcome to bring in children for open play but birthday celebrations without a reservation will not be permitted. Any cake, cupcakes, presents, etc. will not be permitted during open play and if brought in you will be asked to keep them in the car. Groups with a large number of adults during open play times may be asked to have the adults wait outside. We have a limited capacity at our facility which includes both adults and children. Large groups should make reservations ahead of time..

Q. What if I have more kids than the guest limit?

A. There will be an additional $6.50 per child over the party package. If there are more than 4 children over the Giraffe Party Package you will be required to upgrade to the next party package. Because the Toucan Party is a semi-private party there are no guarantee's we will be able to accommodate additional children over the guest limit if our capacity is reached.

Q. Can I bring in my own food or drinks?

A. You are allowed to bring your own cake, ice cream , cupcakes and drinks as well as snack foods (Chips, veggie trays, etc.) . No alcohol is permitted in the facility.

Q. Is there a deposit?

A. Yes, there is a non-refundable deposit of $50 due to hold your reservation date and time. The deposit must be made by credit card or cash. If paying by cash, a credit card must be on file in the event of cancellation or no show. The remainder of the balance may be made in cash or credit card, no checks please.

Q. What if I need to change the date or cancel?

A. Dates must be changed at least 7 days prior to your original party date or the credit card on file will be charge 100% of the party balance and must be re-scheduled within 1 year from original date.

Q. Can adults play on the inflatables?

A. Parents are asked to help ensure their children follow all safety rules on the inflatables and may assist their children on and off the inflatables, but no one over the age of 12 is permitted on the inflatables for the safety of the children playing.

Q. Do the children all need separate waivers?

A. All participants must have a signed waiver to participate. Families may be on the same waiver, but all other children attending must have a signed waiver by a parent or guardian. Children without a waiver will not be permitted into the Jungle Arena or party room. Waivers may be downloaded from this site and mailed with the invitations.

Q. What should the kids wear?

A. Socks are required on all inflatables. Socks are available at the front counter for $2 in case someone forgets to bring some. Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks are not allowed as they may damage the inflatables. Nylon type pants work well and help the kids slide extra fast. Shorts and dresses make sliding more difficult.

Q. Can party guests continue to play after the party time is over?

A. No, the play time ends when the party time is over. Children who wish to stay for open play sessions following the party must pay the general admission price.

Q. Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?

A. Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.

Q. Can I use my own decorations?

A. We decorate with solid colors and have a variety of themed birthday banners. If you would like to bring in additional decorations you may do so. Please bring them in no later than the day prior to the scheduled party. We do not allow silly string, and only string pulled Pinatas are permitted. We do not allow thumb tacks on the walls.

Q. Can a guest play while wearing a cast?

A. In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other medical device (splint, sling or brace) will not be permitted to participate on the inflatables. While we welcome them to attend the party and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the inflatables.
