Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What can I expect the day of delivery?

A. Yes, due to the high fuel costs, there is a charge for delivery outside the free delivery area's. Please call to get a quote for your area.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept and is there a deposit?

A. There is no deposit required and we accept cash, personal checks.

Q. Is there someone available to staff the bounce houses?

A. For an additional fee we would be happy to supply one of our staff; a fee does apply $20 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

Q. Do you carry insurance?

A. Yes we do carry insurance and are a member of SIOTO for safe inflatable operators.

Q. What do I need at time of delivery?

A. Payment in full must be made at time of delivery and a signed waiver must be completed. We cannot set up a bounce house until the liability waiver and rental agreement are signed by an adult.

Q. How many children can bounce at a time?

A. As a general guideline, most of our jumps can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 10 children under 12 years of age. The older and larger the occupants are, the greater the risk of overcrowding and injury. We recommend no more than 4 to 6 teenagers and less than 5 adults per unit. Keep in mind that compatible sized children MUST play on the unit at the same time, regardless of age. Please remember, the above is a guideline only. It all depends on the size of the children, and how active they are.

Q. Does the blower have to run all the time?

A. Yes, the blower keeps the inflatable bounce house or slide inflated. If all riders have exited safely, the blower can be unplugged to deflate. This is sometimes necessary to give the adults a break and to let the kids take a breather.

Q. Can the bouncer be removed after initial set up?

A. No, the bouncer must not be moved by someone other than part of our staff to ensure safety. The bouncers can weigh an excess of 300 lbs.
